For many years we have each been working with people with ‘complex needs’.  

Sometimes that means people with learning disabilities or difficulties, or people who are autistic or who have some other kind of autism spectrum condition.  Other times that might be people who have serious mental health problems.

What our clients tend to have in common is that they cannot get their complex needs met fully or quickly enough by the NHS.  They may have tried other independent services but have been disappointed in one way or another.

We pride ourselves on working effectively with a wide range of people with complex needs.  We are all highly trained and fully qualified Clinical Psychologists, with extensive experience in the NHS and in independent practice.  

We cover mostly the Midlands and Scotland for face-to-face work, although we have online clients all over the UK and will travel to wherever you are for intensive one-off pieces of work.

Given our experience and training in management, leadership and management consultancy, we also provide organisational consultancy to public and voluntary bodies and private companies.
